Return Policy

All merchandise shipped from Glass Details has been thoroughly inspected and is in new condition unless otherwise stated in the product description. All merchandise is original and one-of-a-kind. We have a no return/no refund policy. Only items damanged during shipping may be returned.

Returns - An RA# (return authorization number) is required on all packages shipped to us. All items must be in good, original, unused condition. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You must request an RA number BEFORE you send an item back to us. To request an RA number, please send us an email describing your reason for requesting to return an item for a refund.
